As the lead designer for this project, I was responsible for interpreting various inputs from stakeholders and relating them to the product team.
Throughout the design process, I worked closely with content strategists and project managers to make continual improvements based on research and testing. I coordinated closely with the product team by leading presentations of key findings and encouraging discussion and ideas.
After developing actionable tasks from collective feedback, I worked with our Scrum Master to keep our product manual and timeline up to date and accurate. When necessary, I organized coaching sessions to introduce prototyping tools and methods to the rest of the design team.
